Reservations and Deposit


A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required to confirm the reservation. Deposit is due within 7 days of verbal, email or fax reservation request, or reservation will be considered void. Balance of full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Any reservation made within 45 days must be paid in full at that time. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of final payment.
 

A $100.00 USD fully refundable key/security deposit will be collected prior to check-in.
